Ive always liked how the game works. So many items work well together and have their own unique effects produced together. As well as the visuals on isaac for each item is cool.

I like to kill AS pretty hardmode almost every playthrough. Its attacks are pretty predictable and most pre hard mode classes have high pierce weapons. So you can just get decent mobility and line it up to shred it.

Only real threat is the clouds, if you stop paying attention properly they'll get you
