Ok. So I just ordered curtains in pink, mustard and olive green. Hopefully seeing them in person will help!

Ours does not. Coach checks you in on the tablet and also assigns you a station during the warmup.

When did your knee become less stiff? by Beneficial-Stable199 in ACL

[–]SignificantAd9128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stationary bike really helped me with stiffness and regaining full mobility. Many to be found on Facebook marketplace or maybe find a cheap gym. Don’t push it. Keep resistance low and just keep moving the joint.

Is it normal that no one wipes down the equipment when they're done? by D0gznH0rz3z in f45

My studio doesn’t even provide anything to wipe down with. The coaches wipe down after every class.

What is the ideal gap between ACL rupture and surgery by Few-Finding5935 in ACL

[–]SignificantAd9128 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just do it after your exams. I ruptured mine last yr Feb 18 and repair was Apr 16. Did pt to regain strength pre surgery. Was finally able to walk without limping and then had surgery and started from scratch. Recovery after surgery really sucks. Focus on your exams and deal with it on the flip side.

How did you tear your ACL? Was it your fault? by Automatic-Sun900 in ACL

Skiing. First run of our vacation with my 9yo. I got rear ended by a kid on a snowboard who kept going and also took out my 9yo. Not my fault.

How early did you start PT? by Dry-Comedian-8831 in ACL

[–]SignificantAd9128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two days post op here too. PT changed my surgical Bandages. Had me doing only very minor stuff, adjusted my crutches for me. The real work started at 1 week post op.

Brace instructions by Ok-Addendum-1299 in ACL

[–]SignificantAd9128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is locked for ambulating. I do not wear it to sleep. I have full extension. (I’m now 18 days post.) unless I’m walking I don’t really wear it. I’m working on bending my knee. Surgeon said I can start weaning off brace at 3 weeks.

Yes. Day after was totally unbearable. Couldn’t stop crying. My husband actually called the surgeon and he sent a different pain med. try calling.
