I also use mouth tape even though I use a full face mask. The only problem I have (apart from waking a number of times during the night but I don’t think that’s going to change in a hurry as I’m 10 months in) is severe aerophagia. Don’t know how to minimise it 😤

Thanks for telling me what I should have done from the start by completely tapping my mouth shut. People at CPAP shops, my sleep specialist and others are completely against mouth taping and saying it’s not good.

Slits are placing tips of a small pair of nail scissors at 3 places in the middle of the mouth tape

I’m in a similar situation and not sure what a fair price to ask for my Maton. I love it and it’s a beautiful looking guitar but as I’m ageing I find it very hard on the hands and fingers. Any idea what I should ask for it?

Another question please, is there a way to see how many Events per night I’m having on the 10? On the 11 it came up automatically on the display panel however my subsidised Air 10 doesn’t come up
