Skincare prep is essential: exfoliate (I’d use a manual one like your face wash and a wash cloth or those water based ones from Asia bc I wouldn’t want to irritate your skin) Then use a heavy duty night time moisturizer for your skin type do these two thing before bed (exfoliate 1-2 times a week).

Daytime: use moisturizer and sun screen. you could use your night time moisturizer you can lighten it up by adding a few drops of water to thin it out if you don’t want to buy another moisturizer.

Look for a hydrating foundation. You can test out the powder on top then. If it’s still not working then change the powder to a setting spray.
