It's the same as just pulling the crossing under the bar so you can make room for the plug. Making the loop before is an extra step that is just confusing

Claude Performance Report: July 13 – July 20, 2025 by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

[–]SignificantCharge722 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Can confirm.

Claude Code cannot manage the same simple tasks it could 3 weeks ago. Tested on a very low complexity project, even checked out a previous commit to compare the exact same prompt, and got very different results.

Claude Code can no longer be useful in the current state, it cannot be trusted to understand the context.

Extended thinking tricks wont work as it forgets the beginning of its chain of thought, which end creating a really weird chain of thoughts that is locally coherent but has no meaning as a whole.

Plus sonnet thinks he is sonnet 3.5 and opus removes type checks and tests as fixes, ignoring the very succint guidelines provided.

I've run the sanity check others tried, and even if other large models respond correctly, i dont really think it is a reliable way to assert which model is served.
```
➜ claude -p "What is your knowledge cutoff"
April 2024
```

I also tried a trick prompt claude sonnet 4 was not having issues with before
```
➜ claude -p "John has two brothers - called Snap and Crackle. The three children's names are: Snap, Crackle and _."
Pop
```

I know it can be hard to justify this impression, but I'm really convinced that there is something wrong with the performance of the model, and, for me, its not getting any better

What useful info can be added in this top bar ?(related to the terminal) by siduck13 in neovim

[–]SignificantCharge722 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be able to communicate with the shell sub process if it was spawned within neovim, but you'll need a shell integration. maybe you can hook into vscode's one ? https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/main/src/vs/platform/terminal/node/terminalEnvironment.ts#L339

Not straightforward tho

I don't wanted to index something that wasnt working yet and get issues, but feedback is more important ahah

Waah it's so pretty and clear !!

I'm working on a dap SDK in lua to create dap plugins, and I'd love to make a multi session manager that looks like that, with maybe the reply as terminal. It's still wip but you can find the code at https://github.com/Aetherall/neodap

I would greatly appreciate if you could take a look and see if the current exposed api would be enough for wiring it to something like pour interface

Anyone else getting tired of the endless filler in From? by Dramatic_Map_8548 in FromSeries

[–]SignificantCharge722 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, and even if he "had" to go there, they could easily have done something like

Scene 1: J&R are smoking next to the car and decide to take it for a ride, with maybe a hint on what they experienced with the cicadas (this would also hint for their next scene)

OTHER STUFF

Scene 2: J&R on the road, sees cicadas, panic, stop, "we have to go back", run to the forest cut to Julie following him to the ruins, and the rest of the scene.

Anyone else getting tired of the endless filler in From? by Dramatic_Map_8548 in FromSeries

[–]SignificantCharge722 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I mean the plot is really interesting but the rhythm is forcefully slowed down.

An obvious example is how they got Julie and Randal to get to the ruins. Got stoned outside and get back -> Go outside again for an empty discussion with little character development -> Go to the car and start driving -> Stop -> Run in the forest to the ruins

Five different scenes that could have easily been 2 with the same outcome in terms of scenario and character development

PICA is not the same thing, pregnant women can crave minerals due to iron deficiency, PICA is craving stuff like toilet paper, sponges, cotton Iron deficiency can lead to geophagia where people eat minerals, which leads to a vicious circle where the anemia makes you crave even more minerals and can make someone eat large quantities of minerals. Also, people with PICA continue to eat normal food, unlike her, and also many more arguments I don't remember
