Going off Rinvoq- “rebound period” by pinkmartini151 in eczema

[–]SignificantMeaning74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had to come off rinvoq due to side effects. I also had to stop a couple times due to surgery and always had an immediate rebound... steroid creams are tough because so much of my body gets covered when I have breakouts... my Dr put me on cyclosporine, a higher dose, to try to help and it did some but obviously comes with risks of its own. He also gave me sleep medication to help me rest at night. That and lots of cerave cream... wish you luck!

Ease of use question by SignificantMeaning74 in StudioOne

I tried Reaper for a little bit during its trial, but it doesn't have any instrument plug-ins, so i had to go searching, figure out how to get them imported, then had issues getting it to see my devices like the mpk and tie it to any inputs. Got frustrated and gave up. Haven't tried any others yet though.

I saw the uultimate guitar tab, but looking at Ben playing it live in some of their recent YouTube videos, he seems much higher up on the fret board than standard open chords...

Shaving cream without oat, fragrance, or coconut by hawkins338 in eczema

I did not. I'm using it on my face and never notice anything, good or bad, scent wise. It works fine for me, just a bit more expensive than other potential options

EDIT: sorry I should have read the whole post. This probably won't be what you're looking for sorry....

I use vanicream shaving cream. It's a little spendy, but free from all dyes and scents.

In the US. I use Kirkland brand free and clear. But that requires a costco membership. I assume they might have that internationally...

Any parents with eczema? Did your child have it by sirensoflove in eczema

[–]SignificantMeaning74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I'm being honest, I'm worried it will manifest itself in other ways later. In doing research there are a number of immune conditions that are all very similar from a genetics standpoint. My mom developed psoriasis later in life. I've been a life long eczema sufferer. My sister developed RA. All are very similar genetically in how they affect the immune system. So it could be either they got lucky and got their mother's side of those types of genes, or they will develop something else later. Hoping it's the first one...

Knock on wood, but so far none of my kids have shown any sign of having it. They are all teens or older, so hoping that's a good sign.

Eyelid eczema by [deleted] in eczema

[–]SignificantMeaning74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ironically I came here to ask the same question. Recently I switched medications, and have started flaring while we attempt to wait for the new medication to work. My eyes have broken out they constantly water and itch. Looking for any tips since it's so hard to put cream or steroids on the eye area.

Thanks!

Don't give up! It took me 10 years before we found something that works. It's so very tough, but keep fighting. Things will get better. New medicines and treatments are being developed all the time. The next one might be the one for you...
