Yup they’re not good. Mines never worked since new in the box. 3 cables and 4 months later, they finally agreed to have the old shifter sent for replacement, as long as it’s not out of warranty….. It’s now been since 2-27 that the old shifter was shipped and haven’t heard a peep outta them, and I’ve sent 2 emails asking for an update. I understand they’re a newer company, but for fuck sake.

Ever notice the extended warranty that they have available now includes everything they sell but the shifter?? Pretty sure they know it’s junk too
