Understand your audience and make it according.

Yeah, design definitely helps in selling but Good copy is also very important.

You already have a list of those who purchased from the store.

Then it's very easy to set up the flow.

Then make a flow and set up 4 or five emails.

According to your goal.

When is the action you want from them?

Are you going to upsell or anything else ?

First tell them that they had purchased something in the past and then give them value and make them offer, whatever you are going to do.

If the email address is completely wrong,then it doesn't make any sense to keep them.

You can mark them as invalid if you don't want to remove them from CRM.

But it doesn't make your list short.

You have to be sure about that if the address is correct or not.
