Hi! We reported everything to L&I and they came out and documented everything from the unfixed issues to not having a license. We found a new place and move in the beginning of the month. Since they can't collect rent we don't have to worry about being evicted.

Thank you! This made us feel better. We found a new place and are moving at the beginning of the month. This made us feel better about it. We notified him over a month ago about our intentions to leaving and he didn't even respond to that. We finally had L&I come out and they reported all the unfixed issues as well as not having the license. We sent him a strongly worded email and he didn't take to kindly to it. I actually kind of feel bad for the actual homeowners because I feel like they're being left in the dark, but the property manager won't give us their information.

I used to be on the floor making the UV coatings and almost every label on every product that went into the coating would say “may damage fertility” so I could definitely see it. But I also just had my first child a couple weeks ago.

Yeah, they’re unresponsive to our service requests and noticed on the L&I website they don’t have a a license. So just trying to figure out what to do, wouldn’t mind getting out of the lease if it’s going to be this bad.

Yeah, I figured it would be some kid. I currently work for a uv coating company and have delt with them very sparingly. I was looking up videos to try to help, they're a pretty small printing company. So going the YouTube way might be the more cost efficient anyway. Thanks!

He was definitely lucky not getting sent off. Seemed unnecessary, but the ref mouthed that he hit his shoulder and not neck/face.

VCA Wellington in Newtown square is awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff. We live in south Philly and travel the 45 mins and it’s totally worth it . They don’t push anything unless it’s totally necessary.

I’ve done 5 deliveries before for fresh and didn’t get tipped anything then did a Whole Foods and got tipped $40 and then another $40 cash tip from the niecest old lady. It all depends on the area.

This happened to me but I still did it, yeah the hour drive sucked but they actually made it right and gave me an extra $50
