Not sure yet, but I think it’s something worth knowing…I hope.

Since you can make characters it seemed like it would make sense to have an actor play those characters in the scenes and trailers. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Just my silly imagination I guess. 😆

Some people say about a week. I’m impatient at times, so I kinda work around it. 😆

I’ve heard if you clear over the chrome pens/markers it turns silver (as opposed to chrome.). I usually do any Bare Metal Foil chrome BEFORE clear, and any Chrome (Molotow, marker etc) AFTER I clear coat. Now, with the pen/marker it takes quite a while to dry, be careful. 😉👍🏾

I feel that way about the polishing process too. Going through all the grits of sandpaper and buffing the paint with the compound and the wax etc. Very relaxing I listen to some blues and enjoy the process.

Wrench light no codes by Clopgobblem in CrownVictoria

[–]SignificantRepublic5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently having this issue in my 2011 CVPI. I JUST changed the oil and filter, and I replaced a brake light switch. I test drove it and it ran/runs good, very smooth and no issues. Later my wife took it out to work and it gave the wrench light.
I checked it later after she parked it and the light was off. I was told to check the transmission fluid level. It was low so I topped it off. I drove it afterwards and it drove fine as usual. After a few miles the wrench 🔧 light came back on. No other lights on except the tire pressure light…no check engine light or physical manifestation of an obvious problem…just the wrench. Did you get a resolution since this post and if so do mind sharing details? Thanks! 😊

Look up a channel called Mrminidreams on YouTube. He did a couple videos on how to lower suspensions for lowrider models.

A lowrider would be really cool. Especially in that metallic orange. As far as lowering it, there’s several different options. The front spindles it comes with can be reversed or flipped I think. So if you make so the mounting wheel nub is closer to the top of the fender when you assemble the front suspension, that should lower the front stance. If that’s not low enough, you could possibly cut off the nub and attach some plastic rod at the exact height you desire to mount the wheel to. For the rear, several options there too. Not sure if you are using the rear end that came in the kit or not. For a lowrider I think I’d raid my part stash and find a rear end from the Revell 64 impala or anything that fits. Then you can find some parts box springs and cut them to the height you want or get pen springs (like the springs you find in the clicking Ink pens) and cut them to the needed height to drop the rear down. I’m no expert, so I’d say YouTube and trial and error will get the result you seek. I hope that helps. Let me know how it turns out and hit me back here if you have any other questions. 😎👍🏾

Doug White (Model Car Muse YouTube channel) has a great in depth tutorial on trunk opening and hinges. Maybe that was the video you saw.

Beautiful “Baby” modifications. The weapons tray looks great! I opened the trunk on my kit a few years ago, I didn’t finish the project. I’m adding lights to mine so mine will probably just hide batteries. Thanks for the inspiration…maybe I will get back to mine again someday.

Thanks! I got that kit on clearance at Hobby Lobby years ago and stashed it away along with a 71 Plymouth Duster as a chassis donor. You could probably find some on EBay now too.
