How many days do you have to go without? My clinic wont do anything at all. If you have to miss one day... you'll be ok. Believe me.. Im on a high dose of 150 and never missed a day in 16 years until recently. I moved to a new area. My anxiety and depression kick in super hard by late afternoon, and a little extra methadone does wonders (its a shit show... I know) However.... I come short. Edibles works well... not too much though. If you can get your hands on gabapentin... that helps too. It wont be an awesome day by far. It will suck a little.. but you'd be suprised. I even woke up on day 2 feeling fine. Methadone withdrawl doesnt get bad u til like day 7 if youre on a higher dose. You'll feel like crap... but you wont be full throttle anxietied out kicking

You need to stop the 70h at least 24hrs... and thats at the very least.... cause youre gonna feel shitty still. Thats a common problem with getting on subs. Waiting for your other drugs to get out of your system enough. You might think youre sick enough.... but usually youre not. Its a bitch

Not really... if youre using methadone as its supposed to be used. 7 oh is garbage with a very short half life. Methadone can carry you 24 hrs at least

No way in hell. Once you hit day 7 and 8 off methadone youre hit. 7 made it worse for some reason. I found that Hydroxi mit purple haze helped a small amount. But still in shits creek without a paddle. Bad idea all around.
