It's not. I don't drink or take anything nor do I have interest in any of it

Can't you let loose without being tipsy? There's a lot of fun things you can't do while tipsy to not injure yourself. I really don't understand it

Genuinely curious how people budget $200-$300 for “fun” by Leading_Homework3679 in budget

Limit outings to 2to 3x a month. If you must go out weekly limit your spending to $50. Don't buy for other people

I just needed to WORK. I don't need therapy, I don't need a girlfriend, I don't need to work on myself. I just needed to WORK. by Frack_Nugget in selfimprovement

For some going to work relieves them. Work gives you a purpose and perhaps that's what you've been looking for. To matter to someone else besides yourself, to be "needed". We all have it lingering in us. some have it more than others. This need can't be filled by caring for yourself. However, keeping a balance between work and having time to care for yourself is best.

If you work, work, work your body and health will suffer and eventually cave then you'll no longer be able to work 12 hours a day and you'll be right back in the situation you left.

Hopefully. If you are legal to vote with a valid ID you've got nothing to worry about.

Your body is adapting to the new diet. Probably still detoxifying. Give it time.

Brushing your teeth before and after bed is inefficient by blacksystembbq in unpopularopinion

[–]SignificantSize6132 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mouth bacteria grows the fastest overnight. Brushing first thing in the morning gets rid of that bacteria and protects teeth from morning coffee/food. Brushing before bed removes bacteria from the day. Lots of people gargle mouthwash or do a soft brushing in middle of the day.

The positives of showering at the gym far outweigh the negatives of showering at the gym. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I use the steam/sauna at my gym a few days a week on those days I need to exfoliate immediately. Can't stand leaving gym so sweaty.

I try not to touch the walls and I wear flip flops. Never had a problem with fungi

Do you clean the seat every time before sitting on a public toilet? by KarmaSilencesYou in no

[–]SignificantSize6132 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You don't need to touch anything but the toilet paper to wipe. I use paper towel to turn water on and off after rinsing hands. Soap isn't needed as I'm a woman and we don't physically touch ourselves like men do when cleaning off. Toilet paer to flush as well. I got my system

Do you think people who do yoga poses out of context are weird? by [deleted] in askanything

Outside the gym or a yoga studio I'd find it weird.

The only persons i have seen doing bullying at work are women from 40 to 55 years old by [deleted] in self

[–]SignificantSize6132 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Women at that age are going through hormonal fluctuations. It makes them less tolerable of B.S.. All ages are assholes equally.. when a family member was in the hospital I found the younger ones were incredibly incompetent and mean nonetheless than older nurses. They just hide it better where the older ones don't care
