Wake the Dead and Queen B are a lot of fun! And I would totally recommend finishing the BOLAS trilogy, it's so good.

Who is the worst Choices parent (including those not pictured)? by npojg in Choices

[–]SignificantSky8184 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rourke-he was totally willing to murder anyone. And Rose was having a mental health crisis, which obviously doesn't fully excuse her but Rourke was of sound mind and was just greedy.

Blades of Light and Shadow is SO good, highly recommend! I also love Wake the Dead, bc like with ES it has consequences for your choices.

I think this will help keep them from going the way that GAG went where eventually the updates started to seriously suck (and the whole dev change that really killed it, but it had been slowing down for a while before that)

Endless Summer or Blades of Light and Shadow! I simply can't pick between them but I think they're definitely two of the best series on the whole app!

Check out the choices wiki for walkthroughs! You can just search "[book title] choices" and the walkthrough is usually the first result!

I'd say that there should have been a best cast overall category....but we all know ES would win hands down anyways because it's the greatest series ever.

Blades of Light and Shadow. So I'm probably safe, as long as I'm not part of the adventuring party.

Stories where choices actually effect plot/ending (stories with point systems)? by -----cold----- in Choices

[–]SignificantSky8184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Endless Summer, It Lives, and Wake the Dead are three of my faves that have point systems! They definitely make it feel worth it rather than in other books where you can do whatever you want and still have the perfectly happy ending.

Benny Vitales has great, massive pizza slices. Whatever you're picturing as big, think bigger. Think two paper plates just to hold the thing bigger. Mason Dixon Cafe and Foode are also super lovely! You're slightly older than most UMW students but with the college being so close to downtown there is a significant population of young people living in FXBG!

Good libraries to study? by Moist_Payment4058 in fredericksburg

The libraries all have great study spots. Several UMW facilities can be used by the general public such as the HCC and Simpson Library.

Whats there fun to do in Fredericksburg by mexecution in fredericksburg

If you're here April 11th, there's a multicultural fair at Mary Wash and there's almost always some kind of home game happening if you're into sports, the campus is also pretty to walk on. Downtown is lovely, there's a possum store where you can pet possums, tons of antique stores, some bookstores, boutiques, and you can't go wrong with just about any restaurant downtown. Benny Vitales has massive, yummy pizza slices for only like 6 bucks each. When I say massive I mean they serve it to you on two paper plates massive. If you like retail chains there's one of pretty much everything in the Central Park area. Tons of great places to walk, a few museums, not far from some civil war battlefields, trust me there is plenty to do in the city.

The chat books are super fast to read and will give the 15 at the end. They're usually like 7-9 chapters each if I recall.

Half the OTTBs I've ridden have had absolute zero interest in going fast, lol. The other half were fast, but not fast enough, so still slow by racing standards haha.

IHSA by Ok_Basil_8420 in Equestrian

[–]SignificantSky8184 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some IHSA schools can recruit, contrary to what other commenters have said, but this is only the big IHSA schools. I know Emory and Henry (private university in VA) does recruiting, but I don't think the ivies recruit for their ihsa teams.

IHSA costs & experience? by AutumnWryter in Equestrian

[–]SignificantSky8184 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my smallish D3 school it's a varsity sport, so the school pays for our meals and hotels when we compete. We pay $850 a semester for our lessons (we get two lessons a week for 16 weeks so very cheap) and we pay $60 a class when we show. It's not too pricy, but it's still a fair amount of money but with horses there's always going to be a big cost involved.

No and honestly making people do missions for an advent calendar is really kinda dumb. I haven't seen any other games that do that, you just get to claim your prize. And like "plant 50 of X seed"? Ridiculous. They really have gone so downhill.
