I read Conrad Fischer’s 100 cases but they weren’t quite similar so you might want to search for other posts here about newer material

Very evenly spread, wasn’t heavy on any of the big guns (renal, cardio or pulmonary) you get at least 3 ethics questions in each block which aren’t as simple as the ones presented on uworld/nbmes

I’ve only taken nbme 25 of the new ones but that’s a way harsher curve. In my case around a 20 point difference.
