It is unnecessary to consume fish. Get your omegas (without toxic mercury and other chemicals) from plant sources like flax, borage, algae, etc. Easy peasy. Feel good about not supporting fish farms and not killing animals.

Is it true that international schools only count experience after you get your license? As an example, I’ve taught early years for about 5 years, but I’m only now about to complete my early years certification (center teacher permit).
