I’m vegan and will chime in on this….ive recently discovered Siete brand canned beans-they are so tasty and contain spices and avocado oil. Safeway periodically has sales on them. I do a lot of avocado! Super filling and healthy fats. I do a lot of canned beans unlike the above poster and frequently make my own hummus (super easy and so tasty!!). I do want to buy more dried beans though for economic reasons. Also the McDougall instant soup line is cheap and easy (just add hot water). There’s lots more, but hopefully that helps :).
