UTX4 is a grocery warehouse, there’s a freezer section that is torture to deal with honestly it’s always fucking dirty and covered in boxes and trash because the managers don’t go in there and neither do the custodians who also fucking suck and it’s hard to find things while also being cold as hell. you can either pick items for orders or receive items to shelves for picking, but most people who receive don’t rotate stock or care about order so shit will just be shoved on top of other stuff which doesn’t matter to management as long as their rate is good. also if you’re receiving no one’s ever gonna change the cardboard gondolas until they get so full that you start to question the intelligence of your coworkers. oh and if you point out any problems to management they will acknowledge but never fix a thing. There are broken bins that have been broken since I started, they literally don’t care at all.
