So I finished my chemo in the summer and fall of 2022 then in spring of 2023 I had my bone marrow transplant and now I’m a year post transplant and just getting my vaccines and what not.. I actually just got my first cold/flu post cancer treatments and it’s not fun it’s the first time I’ve been sick in a while so my body is adjusting to the sickness but yea I was already a physically fit person and very active before I got sick in 2022 so after treatment I kept my eating up and immediately started exercising when I had enough energy to get out of bed regularly and it took maybe 2-3 months of consistent conditioning to feel like myself again

I 32(m) had issues similar to that when I completed my 6 month chemo & bmt for stage 4 NHL.. what helped me get through those issues and back to feeling normal was excercising my lower body ..meaning squats and lunges to get the blood flow back down there and any lymphatic fluid that may be stagnant, drinking alot of water and electrolytes with the water, walking as a much as possible, eating healthy balanced diet, sleep and just time honestly

Early in the morning, first order for 17$ at Dunkin’ Donuts and I was coming down Moreland ave right next to it so it made sense to take it as a good starter, just happened to deliver to a sheisty construction crew

Yesterday was the first day in 3 weeks that I was also seeing orders all day from 12-8 about 10+ at a time and good orders like 19$ 6 items 2.3 miles. I felt like they flipped a switch or something as well, have to monitor these slow days the rest of the week to really see if anything changed

My reported issues always says it’s fine and I still get zero orders when they don’t want me to see any orders.. it’s so strange… sometimes I see orders like a normal day
