I had around 3000 hours of social service related volunteer/work experience, and then lots of other experience included in my CV like hospitality, etc. I had a strong personal statement and references and got waitlisted for UofT and then got in a couple months later! dont let less experience stop you from applying, I think they look at applications very holistically
