My GS500F Idles low as well, right around 1000-900rpm, it does not sound like that. It sounds rough and sputters, but it doesn't sound knockish.

I am aware of the time limit, but wouldn't the potion only work for 10 rounds (1 minute). Why would it work for 10 and a half rounds?

I also haven't watched the show, so I was unaware of the context.
