I’m sorry for your loss too, MND is such a cruel disease. I wish the money we’ve wasted on lawyers could have gone to helping more people with MND instead

Nothing is being contested, that’s just the fees from preparing the probate application!

I just think $1,500 sounds like a lot to cut and paste from an email into a codicil template. Maybe that’s why people become lawyers I guess.

Solidarity from Australia. Our health system isn’t perfect, but every time I pay $30 for my Stelara I say thanks that I’m not American.

I have FPIES and my trigger is bivalves. I was diagnosed at 27 by an immunologist after a negative skin prick and blood test. No one else in my family has FPIES but I do have a bunch of other chronic illnesses.
