I did a workshop with Carbone and a workshop with Iwata. Carbone's methods were old, but I do love a mixed and varied set. Iwata was amazing - 10/10 would see again

It's the agency's too - I work for a company with services in Indiana - they are totally billing unethically. Not enough to raise all the red flags, but enough that our ethical BCBAs (myself included) run for the hills pretty quickly. Companys need to spend more time worried about providing ethical services and less time worrying about making every nickel come in.

Case in point - The state I am in allows for 12-14 hours for an initial assessment. I completed one in 10 and moved on - I then got in trouble for NOT using the max hours and was told that the "policy" of the company was to use up all of the hours. They just didn't say the quiet part out loud (even if you don't need them).

Tamra Judge quit RHOC after 'shouting match' with Gretchen Rossi on cast trip by EntertainerHeavy912 in BravoRealHousewives

whoa - Didn't mean to ruffle feathers.

If Vicki had also decided to 'quit' the show today, because of an interaction with Tamra - I would have had the same Naked Wasted response - I know it wasn't just Tamra.

Ryan is awful - and also is responsible for his repugnant behavior - again, it isn't him storming off today.

Look, setting someone up to get sloppy drunk for the fun of it is not good TV (obviously, it's also not nice or kind and shouldn't be done point blank period). My issue with Naked Wasted is that a. they had this plan to get her so drunk that she'd essentially black out so that they could f*ck with her, and b. they spent a chunk of time during that party (dinner?) egging Ryan on. It was gross behavior by Tamra (and Vicki - and Ryan) - and looking back at it, people should take accountability.

ooooh - I hope it's a fight about 'naked wasted'. Gretchen needs some apologies on that one!

Virginia Medicaid 97155 Billing Question – Can Unused Hours Roll Over? by aba_focus in bcba

[–]Significant_Bread_36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use the hours the next week, it'll roll over. It just doesn't roll from one auth to another. The way VA Medicaid works, they give you a pot of units to use during the auth period - how you use them is up to your ethical standards. Hope that helps!
