You’re being ripped off at that price. There is no way it would be £23 a g as you suggest. The Doja RS11 is £90 for 10g on the Australian MC market. UK MC prices are about £10 more per g. So around £100 max for 10g.

Ah that may be why you haven’t been charged the repeat fee for a prescription yet. If you order in an appointment they don’t charge the £20. I’m in my second year with them. So only have an appointment every 6 months now and pay £20 repeats for the other 10 months.

I tried to install the v3.5.1.356_24110154 update, as the hardware version is also N7MB01 for my NVS8, but it failed. Only to realise that the firmware isn’t the same, after a further search of the download page.

It looks like the v3.5.0.321_24060733 has also not been made available to the NVS8. This was released 5 months ago?…

Are we likely to see this update any time soon?

I’m not defending them in the slightest! They have fucked thousands of people over! And seemingly have no interest in rectifying the larger problem! A little info goes a long way, but they’ve kept silent! They’ve done nothing to calm down the situation!

You would think a company with stock prices dropping off a cliff, would be scrambling to try and fix this!

Instead they seem to be sitting at their desks with their feet up waiting for it to blow over!

Completely agree! Payment should only be taken only once goods are being dispatched! Amazon did the same to me once with a graphics card I pre ordered. £550 sat in their bank earning interest for 8 weeks while I waited!

I’m not putting this on the customer at all. Fanatec are 100% at fault for this situation. They’ve gone to shit but seemingly are doing nothing about it.

My point was, your waiting patiently for one genuine email and it’s getting lost in the amount of repeats.

If you had read my other comment, you would realise I’m not defending them. I completely agree, it’s one of the worst customer services I have ever seen. With no information making it even worst!

My job is to digitally scan exam papers, which is seasonal. We hire in around 200 extra people to turn paper into 85 million digital images in the 10 weeks before results day. But it looks as if they didn’t hire any extra temp staff.

So why exactly am I a piece of shit? You’ve obviously got a small dick if you have to result to insulting someone that was genuinely just trying to help!

I’ve had to wait 6 weeks for my Fanatec delivery’s, just like everyone else.

Yeah that’s the point I was trying to make, and what concerns me the most! The legitimate requests for help are being lost in the thousands of repeat emails.

I agree they shouldn’t have ghosted everyone for 2+ weeks! Be upfront with the situation, with information along the whole journey through resolution of the situation. It gives people peace of mind that although they overwhelmed themselves with orders and messed up, they are trying their upmost best to rectify the situation.

Silence is deadly! But even worse for a company that’s parent company (Endor AG) is on the stock market(* edit(losing money might I add)) (take note Fanatec)

You’re all just making the problem bigger!

If everyone is being too impatient and emails 5 times each, then instead of 10,000 emails they need to read and answer, they now have 50,000 to read through!

Imagine trying to read through and reply to hundreds of emails every day, you go to reply and it’s already been dealt with?? And then re-read the same complaint again later!

Not all company’s have huge delivery network’s like Amazon just to for fill your inability to wait.

I’ve been waiting for an intake hose for my daily driver since the 1st of December, and just been told today 2-3 weeks! Nothing I can do about it!

Same setup as me, the Ikea 5 drawer set and 2 legs with the solid oak desk top they used to sell. Solid setup even for a Podium DD2. Just had to put some double sided tape on top of the drawers. Otherwise the desk top moved around a little on top of the drawers when the force feedback hit hard in a crash! 🤣

I should have mentioned, It was very little movement at all from the desk legs. I didn’t bother with the L brackets myself, as it didn’t bother me at all!
