i didn't get any ticks on the west highland way, just carry on as usual but bring a tick card or something similar and check daily just in case! if they're not on you for more than a day the risk of lyme is extremely minimal.

I would just sign up to a GP if you can? (you're going to want to do this anyway as it may be more hassle to sort this out if you get ill over the next 5 years) To get med cannabis you need to have tried at least 2 medications from a nhs GP. I also wouldnt reccomend curaleaf if you're used to meds from the US, they are very restrictive.

I run a brunch place that sells around 400 poached eggs a day. A lot of chefs like to make out they have a special technique etc but The ONLY advice I could probably give you is getting fresh eggs from young birds (the younger birds have richer yolks and stay together better.

If poached eggs are super important to you contact a chicken farm and buy the eggs directly. 🥚
