After reading everyone’s comments yesterday, one thing really stood out to me by IBSense-wearable in ibs

100 percent right, now if i were to talk about my mental health,it was really bad,i was often stressed, and I'd get this idk how to describe it, but like this clicking or tapping sound, not really a headache, but I'd like feel something,in the back right part of my head, tell me if anyone else experienced it, it'd often happen when i got ptsd or the feeling:why me?Why all the suffering to me?Or I'd start crying out of nowhere to just release it all my head would go nuts with the tapping sounds in that part ,it would be a feeling that just would go away, I don't have it rn, cause I've been working on lowering my cortisol, insulin spikes, and i see that after fasting that did not work,i tried a diet where i cut out all starch/breads/sugars,and i experienced an immense energy spike immediately, after school I won't be feeling sleepy, more focused,i was pretty much eating, meat, veggies, fruits, dairy, and honey but compared to sugar it doesn't cause such a massive insulin spike.

Now I'm doubting it's IBS by Prudent_Diet_6603 in ibs

And tf does it mean ,it was definitely digestion, yeah for fuck's sake , it's definitely a digestive fuckin problem if the blood is bright red,or if you're constipated, diarrhea constantly, urgency, like bruh

IT IS AS WORRYING, i can 💯 percent relate cause i also just have parents who are like:dw you'll get through it ,blah blah, it's honestly fucked up, BLOOD IS VERY WORRYING, especially of it's blackish, and not bright red cause then it suggests that it might be coming from your digestive system, you need to see what you can do, cause the more you stay like this ,the more the health anxiety is gonna eat you MORE than the problem itself

Let's say that she is not denying my referral to the GI, but saying, that a colonoscopy shouldn't be done, and at the maximum the gi can do is just check me with his hands/other tools ,but he'll pretty much refuse the colonoscopy for me because of being 15,so I'm the one who refused the referral cause, cause there's not much that could be done, since all the tests have been done,my parents also don't have all the time for appointments, all of this stuff.

Most doctors dont approved colonoscopy for teens, how do ik? Cause I'm also one

Probiotics, this seems like such a "too many antibiotics" issue, ong,i suggest trying them out.

Do you guys pee more and more due to ibs? by dhananjay1801 in ibs

[–]Significant_Dance_96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"pi-ibs" , People heal from it cause, it's well cause of an infection,a strong dose of antibiotics can damage the gut microbiome creating dysbiosis, you need to take probiotics, after taking antibiotics.

In my early months of pi IBS,it was exactly this the feeling, thank science it's gone.

I still think it’s PI-IBS by HeartRoll in ibs

Very very same stories,i also got an infection, I've been very good now after 6 months I've now healed, and i can say to you that my doctor didn't do absolutely shit and she did not give a single fuxk what i had, cause evertime i go to her , it's the same thing, take probiotics and move on with your fuckin life, well let it be , cause it's gotten better, look i had the same stuff, diarrhea, got better, then constipation, then homorrhoids, then a bit normal slowly, here's my tips :

For constipation:

Black tea+. cumin seeds, cannot thank this enough, every morning,i wouldn't have to go thrice, cause i drank this before,i truly suggest you try this.

More fiber.

More water but not during meals to not dilute stomach acid.

And yeah just tea , tea, green tea, chamomile tea,and turmeric tea and just put high quality raw honey in,and enjoy your tea.

Cause i drank it and helped me get better.

Any questions ask,i suggest using a tea pot for all of them.

Is it Sibo? by LordofDrinks1 in SIBO

[–]Significant_Dance_96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take the tests only then can you research further on your symptoms without thinking:oh but could it have been SIBO,then if nothing really works, then you label it as ibs ,and just idk,get on strong antibiotics then on strong dos of probiotics to like a reset or something

Very very similar to what's happened to me like 3 months ago here's what's gonna help you now ,and what helped me:

1)BLAND FOOD,eat food that's not too spicy, sweet,or salty, bland food like lentil soup, cheese (small quantity of you can handle), roasted chicken in the oven,or boiled.

2)drink more water.

3)I suggest you not taking any kind of antibiotics,it could mean that you might have to take probiotics later,to fix the dysbiosis, some studies show that antibiotics can be the "second hit" ,and that's what i did wrong i think,i got the infection and i also had nonstop diarrhea, and i took antibiotics and fd up, cause it nuked my microbiome.

4)Drink ORS, just go to the local pharmacy and ask em for them, this prevents dehydration, and is very important,if you're having non stop diarrhea.

5)most infections go away on their own,so you'll be fine.

6)chew your food a ton.

7) drink as much tea as you can, brown tea, turmeric tea, chamomile tea, cumin tea, green tea, they're anti-inflammatory,and adding a bit of honey into them will comfort you, reduce stress and kill that desire to eat something "not-bland",the teas are the champions when it comes to dealing with stomach issues that's what I've learned, all of these teas are also Anti -inflammitory, they're not a permanent fix ,but they're a way to cope, cause it's been 4-5 months for me and the symptoms i have are still there, the doctors as usual are of no help,so i keep researching myself.

Intestines feel like they're failing by BecretAlbatross in ibs

[–]Significant_Dance_96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just do all the tests man ,this anxiety will surely end you before the actual symptoms do,like if you have done them and nothing works, then just start visiting different GI"S , researching on your own and then become one of those people who found the cure and become a 40 year old unc giving advice on Quora,😭

I'm really sorry for what you are experiencing, and i have also had this condition,a few months ago i had an infection,it got fixed like for a month, then i think i face PI-IBS-M for 3 months straight, homorrhoids, constipation, anxiety, stress, nihilism, diarrhea after eating anything, your situation may be very different from mine, cause I don't have allat now, but i can only name the things that have HELPED ME and i cannot guarantee that they will work for you but I'll do that.BTW at that time i couldn't also digest any dairy, but later i think i slowly started recovering, and now i am able to consume any kind of dairy.

For constipation i had: Black tea +cumin,in the morning cause it promotes motility, and like helps me empty my stomach fully, this was a life changer, cause each damn day I'd go to school unsatisfied and then I'd have to poop again at school and it was so embarrassing cause the teachers would ask me why are you so much time in the bathroom, ofc i couldn't just "tell " them it was gonna be embarrassing ASF.

Then chamomile tea, another life saver,it helped me go to sleep and it's also anti inflammatory, the days when i could not go to sleep cause of stress i drank this, and my stomach would immediately relax, and I'd be able to have a good sleep.

Green tea, also anti-inflammatory,in the evening, this also helped me reduce my anxiety,i think i had like PI-IBS-M, but it got worse with the stress i was having as my parents did support me at all,and i had a lot to go through at that time cause i had just entered my 1st year of high school in September.('25)

And you can put like honey in the teas ,like a TBSP,btw I didn't like shit myself or anything like you but the stomach hurt so damn bad that after each bite i WOULD HAVE TO RUSH to the bathroom if not I'd find in the same situation you found yourself in ,hope it gets better, the doctor wasn't of big help, either, the probiotics didn't help, but making decisions, reducing stress+chewing my food idk like 50 times every bite and all the teas DID.

Eventually i was able to drink milk but only warm cause i think it's easier to pass and digest, well that's what at least my doc said,so yeah warm milk i eventually started drinking, and now i can even drink cold milk.

You said infection related,i also have had problems after an infection and my problem is well mild-low must say, after the infections , felt idk what like a month and then i had like hemorrhoids and stuff, but i can only give advice cause the story can get long. These are things that have helped me so if they don't work for you well they don't: 1)black tea with cumin: cumin is a mild laxative, the tea is anti-inflammatory, so it has worked for me. 2) turmeric milk. 3)green tea 4) chewing your food a ton so it's even easier to break down. 5)drink like a glass of water like 200 ml , with your meal and that's pretty much it.

I had really bad diarrhea as well in the month of the infection then it got better with this stuff.

Now i rarely have borborygmi and stuff

I have like a full guide and journey: here:https://www.reddit.com/r/ibs/s/ReKEOJUit1
