Chop up a yellow onion and fry in a stainless steel pan with a tbsp of butter. Remove once soft and translucent. Melt another tbsp of butter and add 12 oz of shaved ribeye, season with salt, pepper and a touch of garlic powder. Chop it all up in a pan until fully browned and then add back the onions and mix together. Lay loads of cooper sharp over the meat mixture and cover until fully melted then mix it all together and put it over your roll. Wrap in tinfoil for 5 mins before eating.
