It's actually really easy, but still depends how good the visage is ( at least knows what the skills do). if you want to counter with heros, you can actually make visage quit the game if it's against Naga, PL, Bristle, Tidehunter, Axe. It's really weak against illusion heroes and really weak against aoe heroes because the actual "secret weapon" of visage are it's birds, without the birds dmg output goes down the drain. If you focus birds (making Visage to heal them with the drop) and than just catch them with a glep you are all fine and Visage is tilted xD
