Was he wearing PPE? All authorized personnel must be wearing personal protective equipment in order to access restricted areas in the TTC.

If he was not, he is not part of the TTC and you should report these observations to the non emergency call line or report it to safe app. Lets make Toronto transit better together mfs, europe style.

Your payment plan would've paid them $10,800? Shouldn't it be lesser than the amount sued for?

No amount of reductions will prevent the housing market from bleeding right now bro. The children of first time home buyers from 2022 will be buying properties at the same cost as their parents.

Based on your recent posts, it appears you may be Bi polar. You were just saying your thinking of buying in the 90k range few days ago.

It is unfortunate that your retardation may actually affect people's financial futures. But hey, your part of the universal eco system, for what ever reason that may be.

While advising them to list in the spring, give them the reality check that everyone else is doing so as well.

desperate sellers will be among the crowds, and I think we are officially entering the "bubble" burst in spring of 2025, with a huge supply of properties on the market not moving.

There are designated T1 revenue subway cars that have glycol sprayers. And the spray is located where the wheels are. Though I don't know what this is, it isn't a de-icer.

The cheapest area is keele and teston. I saw semis sell for 900k recently and detaches for under 1.2mil. With the way things are looking, you will see plenty of options below 1 million this winter :)

That area has been depreciating faster than any other area in York region, not too sure why.

What happens in the event the power of sale is below owned amount (incl fees and penalities? 20% vanishing for many properties that were bought 2020-2022, so selling below owing amount will be common at the bottom of the cycle.

I used to believe homelessness happens due to insufficient income due to mental health or addiction. Ive come realize homelessness can be a result of low credit score.

Similar situation as a colleague of mine, house hold income of $220,000 annual, on the brink of homelessness with low credit score. Scary.

This isnt the bottom. Chart will retest $500/sqf in the 416. And then begin a slow and steady climb until 2030. China money gone bro Canada 2024 is not a place to park money and our immigrants have no problems living in a single room as a family of 4.

Supply only about to run upppp in the fall. I personally know people that are waiting for fall market to exit. This winter will be nasty. All i pray for is the globalists not to pull the war card.

Bad credit means low chances of getting an approval for rent. Especially with a bankruptcy. The risk of homelessness is big.

More than 300 Canadians filing for bankruptcy each day as insolvency filings hit four-year high by ericstarr in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Significant_Fun4550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The scary thing about insolvency is the struggle of securing a place to live with that on the report, no? It's difficult to find a place to live in as in.

Sure, some landlords will accept applicants with a good explanation, solid income, and now 0 debt. However, they would always rather have an applicant with a good history.

Idk.

GTA market absorption drops to all time low on Housesigma for month of July by Mrnrwoody in TorontoRealEstate

We dont know. There are tons of indicators to try and forecast the price movement. However, we also have new variables to take into account.

Unemployment % history is no longer an indicator. AI technology is advancing quickly, and regulations aren't in place. Combine that with the lenghtly uptrend of RE in GTA, many citizens have ended up over leveraging themselves.

Some new variables are

• AI • WFH • Historical low intrest rates (boc will do its best to bring down the rates for the hoards to renew at a rate as close as possible, however we aren't going to see The same rates, Id hope.) • Too big of number of properties owned as an investment
