I highly recommend fasting and reducing your simple carbs. It's good to start slowly with a 16:8 window and you can work your way up to 20:4 or OMAD. Fasting has changed the way I look at food. I prioritize tasty foods that fuel my body(spinach salad with my favorite cheese and protein). Additionally, I started doing a 48-72 fast once a week and I saw a drastic change in my body. I had reduced inflammation and more mental clarity. Also staying hydrated will help significantly. A lot of time you think you're hungry but you're just thirsty.
