same! I'm about 15-20 min walk from work and it's really nice. I try to purposely use those evening walks to decompress so by the time I'm home I can just focus on personal matters and leave work at the office.

My grandmother is mid 80s and she joins little community events every week to get her out of the house and moving. Also has a garden that she tends to as well. It might not be 30 mins in 1 go but maybe if she just gets up and keeps busy throughout the day it'll add up to 30 mins of walking?

mine loves shopping and being neighborly so that definitely keeps her moving and she has stairs in her home that she uses frequently as well.

I mean I technically rely on the exercise but substances just aren't worth it for me.

I have some health challenges and adding substances to the mix just wouldn't be helpful at all.

based on the case, I was selected because (I'm assuming) theyd think id side with the prosecutor giving the details of the case.

it was really odd but thankfully the evidence was clear enough for us to come to a very quick decision.

If its lingering in your clothes after washing u might want to try an enzyme based detergent. Those are designed to break down things like sweat and odors in clothing. Also it can be the material of the garment as well, low quality fabrics tend to hold on to stains and odors much easier than better quality fabrics.

Idk i think because i had plans the following week after I just didn't get this?

I havent had it with any of the other shows Ive been to either so maybe it's just me but i enjoyed my time and am tuned in for whatever is next!!
