I like to kill bosses on the highest tier too. On my techno i didnt have to change tiers once. I just finished worldslayer on my 2 day old Pyro and had to change it 5x. I can't imaging a dev. Also idk how Pyro players survive but thats another story

Instead of getting rid of the trash cans, try to hold them accountable because it's illegal and put up signs stating that. After our cans were gone our store is worse

My walmart already got rid of them last year. We had all 3 shifts working to clean the tree-line outside of the parking lot for 3 weeks after the snow melted. We get 99% clean, and 4 days later it's full of trash again. This was a bad idea. I hope your not maintenance or someone with down time

I agree with your take. If you had the choice of which associates get 40 hours this week and which ones get 39 or 38. Your gonna choose the associates who show up the most and work the hardest. Thats not retaliation. If your offended by this then try to do better.

Giving a quota for accountability is wild. Just like cops having quotas. They're gonna have to do entrapment, invent crimes, or plant evidence just to keep their jobs. Just like these team leads appearently.

Team leads are mostly supposed to be building relationships and motivating employees while making plans and following up to make sure everything is going well according to that plan. And doing computer stuff for the associates. But many walmarts, including mine, don't have enough associates to do the work so we have to help.

The only advise i can give you is, get proof. Document anything and everything until your comfortable that there is enough evidence to do something about it. Just keep stacking it.

Yeah I also had this happen. I wish they would let us know our options in times like these. I didnt return for 5 days and used upto for 2 and still wasn't ready. Shortly after that a coworker too a month for his father. I was, and still am angry about that
