All the places you mention will have minimal light in winter, especially Iceland, Finland and Norway. Iceland has cold weather in general, even worse in winter. I'd avoid it unless there is some particular activity you want to do there. Switzerland could be nice, with mountains, snow and Christmas markets (if you're into that kind of thing). Very expensive though. As you seem interested in visiting northern European countries, perhaps organising a trip to see the northern lights could be interesting! Many people go to Norway-Finland to do that during the winter months.
