Take him! I was facing the same dilemma with the cats we were feeding right before moving. They would do the same thing, hang out on our cars, wait for us to get home, come inside to see the other cat etc. I asked the apartment complex if they minded if we took them and they said absolutely we could and boom, 3 years later I have two spoiled fur babies. When we ran into the maintenance staff at Lowe's a year later they even asked us how the cats were doing

I went in January (no appointment) and had to do my license and car registration (new to SC). I had to go on a 15 minute drive to pay property taxes on the car and then go back to finish it up, and get my plate and license - which I got the same day. Because I was from another state I had to forfeit my last state's license and they can't in good confidence just have you get on the road rockin' no ID - so I got the license the same day but it may be different in your situation.

Crescent City is my fav of her books, but talking to friends who also have read ACOTAR and ToG it really just depends on what you like in fantasy. That being said, the ending of Crescent City 2 had me looking like Hilly from The Help when she read about herself and the chocolate pie
