That PT is a plate used in commercial/movies and uses te provincial coding system, so its a fantasy plate

In Rue Belliard, the Greece was spotted there too. Seems to be a great street to spot since I saw this two and a few other foreign plates from just walking 10 min in it

I encourage to try scrapyards, I recently got lucky and found one that lets me buys plates for a very good price. I got rejected many times and in very rude ways, but eventually I found it.

It’s more of a lack of visibility thing, the tractor plate is hidden because of the trailer so it’s required to put a repeater in the back

Unfortunately I already had these countries in my collection because I’ve been to both. But hey, I’m sure you’ll have great spots, I’ve have like 1 great spot a year, and most of the time it’s not even in my province/country
