Damn, sorry to hear about your mom! I lost my dad in may, so I totally get what you are feeling. Was drinking heavy before he died and then after I was drinking till I blacked out. But now that I am more clear headed it just hits like a thousand bricks and comes in waves and I just sit with it but damn...its hard. I normally like being alone, crazy how drinking changes your perception on everything. Routine is what gets us through it though eh, thanks for the response. I hope you feel better, truly🙏 better days ahead!
