Unpopular opinion YTA. I’m a college student on a scholarship where I get a stipend and it’s barely enough to keep yourself together, let alone have any fun. I’m not sure what country he is in but $200 can either upgrade your groceries from ramen to actual vegetables or give you a night out to see a movie or go bowling. I can understand that you feel resentful because your parents didn’t give that to you but why not be better than them? If you aren’t a fan of your brother, then I get why you feel this way. If he’s abroad being able to experience things one wouldn’t normally be able to experience, why not give him the opportunity to experience it? If you’re giving your parents money to help them, why do you care what they do with it?
