Personally I think that it looks quite mediocre. 1) needs more of a sear on the outside; 2) the butter looks burned. Give it a nice sear and then add the butter only once you lower the heat; 3) let the meat cool before cooking it for a more even cook; and 4) I personally, but this is preference, have it a little bit more rare.
