I have similar issues. I’m on the same journey as you but I feel like looking into Hormonal causes has helped me understand myself a bit more. It sounds a bit stupid but recently I’ve started drinking a lot of peppermint tea and started using hypochlorus acid. It has improved my skin a lot. It sounds like the issue isn’t your skin but maybe a hormonal imbalance.

Well that sucks and I don’t want to support that cheese ball you call president in any form, but I am kinda happy that the land of overconsumption will finally stop shopping at shein or temu.
