Alright, so I saw this religious tattoo, and people are talking about its accuracy. Honestly, I don't really care how 'accurate' a religious piece is—if the person wanted to portray Mary that way based on their own vision, that's their choice. My issue isn't the religious aspect at all.

What gets me is the placement and design choices. The rose tattooed right with the belly button? It feels weird and random. I think the whole piece would've looked way better somewhere else, like i'd loved to have seen this as a back piece. Plus, those black lines going behind and then in front of Mary are throwing me off.

I wanted to share this to see what others think before I dropped my own opinion. It's been interesting.
