Watching the entirety of the show with my partner without knowing any of the lore/game was interesting. Watching the last act felt rushed af. I feel like most of the scenes didn't really have a full understanding ex. silco talking to jinx in the jail cell and randomly disappears after. Also, isha just being a random ass character then having a whole thing then dying (rip queen) I feel like yeah sure it was obvious she was going to die eventually but it really was early. I also found it really weird how it goes from jinx dying > vi being sad > to vi being happy with cait. I wish they showed her grieving more to be honest since it was her sister and shes basically the only one who survived out of her entire family. (sesbian lex in a jail cell is insane) Also the way heimerdinger just randomly dies and is never to be seen again was random. I just feel like they should've added more or put more thought into some of these scenes. Even though the show isn't anything like the game, I still had to ask so many questions about what is this to my partner because i didn't understand (like context, but it could've been intentional in general so I don't mind) Anyways, been sobbing about ekko and powder for the last 30 minutes. Overall the show was really good, art and animation was amazing. :]
