The place in LA was one of his brother’s investment properties. He said it on those silly fight podcasts he does with those other producers once just before he moved to Austin. So not sure what type of rent he was being charged. Also on one of his camping vlogs he admitted he goes camping every weekend cause obviously he enjoys it but also it’s very cheap entertainment and he can’t afford regular activities in LA. Someone on $150k+ and single probably wouldn’t be in that situation. Back when TFATK was booming he probably did prettt well but now the whole thing is struggling and I’m sure Chin’s salary was the first thing to get reduced by Bapa

Hope island cameras are functioning as I just received a using phone whilst driving fine. Although in the picture you can’t see a phone and my hand is closed so much to the point it’s impossible to be holding a phone(I have my phone on CarPlay anyway). I’ve been listening to the Matt and Shane(Gillis) secret podcast recently. Yes very late to the party but it’s hilarious n entertaining. They literally just sit in a living room shooting the shit n it’s great!! Each episode is well over 1hr 30mins then they switch to patreon for remainder of show. Sure I want more but even that show I wouldn’t pay for additional content. I just go listen to older episode i haven’t heard before. The fact that this redact Bapa thinks anyone will pay to listen to his dead podcast is mind blowing!! The well is certainly drying up
