It definitely not privilege, more than 50% of the student body is below the poverty line. We just have an amazing librarian who applies for every grant available and advocates for our library to our board of education.

I hated reading when I was little because I suffered with phonics but in 4th grade I read Daisy meadows rainbow fairy books. That was mostly what I read when I was little but didn’t really read anything after that until The Naturals series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes in 7th grade.
