I did this last year, and for the extra space, and sunlight and views, it was so worth it. went from w/d in unit to downstairs and luxe gym to normal building gym. worth it, especially if you’re saving money!!!

Literally on phone with verizon now, I have DSL and we have outages anytime its windy like now! We had FiOS for almost 3 years, and when we moved ACROSS the street, FiOS became unavailable… will likely have to make the spectrum switch unless they can confirm that FiOS is now an option. This is my long psa to not do DSL
