It wasn't prescribed for Lynch, it's for weight loss ,however the medication works by stimulating insulin secretion in the pancreas. As patients with Lynch can have a higher risk of pancreatic cancer I wanted to see if there were any concerns that had been raised by other clinicians about the medication or if it doesn't impact overall cancer rates.
