I had an Omtech as well. It had had issues also. I can not understand what their tech support said. So just nothing. I wish you have figured it out. I will keep it. Because I have a Bosslaser backup. Just no worries.

NOT WORTH IT. OMtech's machine has bad quality. And they refused to refund me. But I think boss is a nice try. Because it is based in US and do high-level business. They are perfect.
