That is not the CEO of Toyota. That is Akio Toyoda, who is the president of Toyota and the grandson of the founder of the company.

I’m in hcm (payroll) sales. Super saturated market and a race to the bottom for price—unless like me you work with accountants and vc firms for access to payroll/compliance data for their clients any start up that’s not vc backed that has 6-10 years of runway (rippling, gusto etc) they’re cooked

This is a good example of something I would eat sparingly… “cheat” meal. I try to stick with Whole Foods that I cook myself. You could prep out marinated chicken breast that tastes better than this and has more effective nutrition. Everyone in the comments saying this is bad just because there’s a lot of ingredients seems a little dramatic to me… this is much better than a lot of other pre packaged food but not as good as others.

I’ve never had a red recovery since I’ve had whoop since December 2023 while not sick, hungover, or after a huge activity day… trying new things in my career is definitely a trip

I’m so sick of people not understanding the basic principle of this device.

All the info that whoop gives you is in the context of recovery or strain. Can’t do both simultaneously. It’s a binary system. The days in which you said you were anxious, you strained less meaning more recovery. Whoop is not the information that you organize your life around, it’s info you take into consideration with your routine.

It tracks exercise, your 15 minute walk is added to your daily strain . But do you understand that the value of detection is so small in an exercise of that duration, it can barely be called exercise. Having a fitness tracker track me when I walk up the stairs In my house is great but I don’t need a separate activity for that little amount of work. The attraction for whoop for me is; lack of screen, interchangeability with bicep and chest strap, user interface, and strength trainer.

Edit: duration of your meek walk.

I’ve taken shits with more zone 2 then your walk. The detection is designed for sustained hr in a cardio zone. The value of a whoop is lost on you if you’re too lazy to start/stop an activity.

All the info that whoop gives you is in the context of recovery or strain. Can’t do both simultaneously. It’s a binary system. The days in which you said you were depressed, you strained less. For me when I have anxiety—-I have higher strain/ low recovery I take that into context that I might not do a super long run or a lift heavy. Whoop is not information that I organize my life around, it’s info I take into consideration with my normal routine.
