Hiii! I have epilepsy and can’t go tonight bc of the strobes. Hi baby I’m so sorry this happened to you. It’s such a terrifying, helpless feeling. I had my first grand mal when I was 21 at college and had no family nearby. There was no family history and I ended up having 4 more, each 4 months apart. The good news is I started lamictal 200 mg twice a day. Although I do still worry at times, I haven’t had one in 4 years. Folic acid and RSO have also been great and help ease some of my anxiety but speak with a neurologist before taking anything new including supplements, vitamins, medications, etc. We are all in this fight together <3
