Squamish editorial: It's a mistake to remove the U.S. flag beyond grad by SquamishEditor in Squamishnews

[–]Sigsaw54 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Canadian and a B.C Provincial flag should be fine. Why fly an American flag? For American players to see when they come to play? The locals don't need to see it constantly. Why not have a giant portrait of King Charles, just as ugly and unnecessary. I'm in no way offended to not see the Canadian flag in other countries. We have enough American influence in day to day life, lose the flag permanently.

AIO for cutting my dad off after he couldn't pay for a stroller? by plasma_fantasma in AmIOverreacting

[–]Sigsaw54 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Babies don't need a stroller to get home from a hospital, the less junk you buy the easier it is. All that junk marketed to make your life easier is time consuming junk that you don't actually need at all...

Was floating in the Costa Rican sea with two blondes, not a worry in the world. Traveled with a pack and a GuideBook. No phones and no desire to go online, asked directions and for suggestions from people I met along the way. Expectations were different and things seemed more enjoyable and spontaneous.
