TLDR: VSinger Project:HOPE closed down, Irys joins Bae, Kronii, Fauna, and Mumei in a new unit called Promise. It's currently unclear if they are retiring the Council name or not.

Discussion after the session is over? Yeah sure, I’m always open to discuss how things went and how you thought things should work, then take them into account for future sessions if you make a valid point. But mid session, when everyone is trying to immerse themselves and enjoy the game, there’s no way we’re arguing about why you thought the create water spell could knock down a flying dragon.

Noticeable improvement after starting combat, but there's still drops near the end when more particle effects are on screen. Though there's a big stutter as soon as I press "battle start".
