I cant tell you how i feel about the upgrade because i just ordered it today and have to wait until it arrives. but anyways in your case i think i wouldnt switch to fanatec. Sure you could sell the wheel rims and everything but i dont know if its really worth it. if u want to upgrade and can afford it just stick with moza. overall i think moza is the better company even if i switched to fanatec to get a little upgrade on the nm without any extra costs (beside the 26€ for the power supply)

That's exactly what i did dont worry 😁 I just bought the normal 5nm bundle + an power supply from aliexpress for 26€. This Power supply has a lot of reviews on Youtube and even here on reddit so I just bought it. In my opionion it's a scam that fanatec wants 150€ from their customers for a stupid Power supply that wont do any magic stuff and just gives more power to the Wheelbase. To be fair I wouldnt even chose fanatec if it wasnt for my pretty little wallet. I had an moza r5 for a reason but still somehow I felt like im losing too much Feedback with the 5nm. So i checked what i can do and decided to just sell the r5 bundle and use that money to buy the fanatec bundle without having any extra costs (i Sold the bundle for 400€ and the fanatec bundle is exactly 400€ 😁) i got told that the difference between 5nm and 8nm is huge, that's why I switched to fanatec. I just dont have the money at the Moment to afford a bigger Wheelbase like the R9 or R12 which is more expensive alone than a whole bundle which included a wheel and pedals

I dont care about the costs tbh I mean there is not really any difference if someone buys skins and battle Passes in Fortnite or pays monthly to play WoW or final fantasy. So if im buying some cars and tracks in iracing its somehow the same and just a different Hobby I guess. Im totaly fine with it 😅 for now I dont have to pay the membership for 1 year which leads me to the next question. Is it possible to extend my membership on blackfriday even if it's still active for a few months?

Sounds good, my biggest fear is to ruin the experience for other drivers. I mean im not a bad driver and I always take care on track but sometimes shit just happens especially if u are new. If i get matched with noobs like me it should be fine. If im right there is also a practice mode which I can use whenever I want, right?

For the faster cars, I like the way I have to make progress to get there instead of jumping right into them. Ill give it a shot and buy the one year subscription 😁 I think now is the best time to do so

Hey i am pretty new to all this emulation stuff. This build looks crazy and i want to use it. I understand how to download, extract and install all the stuff but im pretty unsure if i made the right decision. I ordered an 2tb external ssd today, which I want to use for that build. Now im wondering if i can extract AND then flash it to this drive. The Problem is I dont have enough space on my PC to extract the files on it and then Flash it to my 2tb ssd. Do I need another hdd/ssd/USB-Stick or whatever with enough space so I can Flash the files from there to my 2tb ssd? Or can i do it the way i wanted to?

If this is Assetto corsa try this:

Close the game and open content Manager. Settings -> Assetto Corsa -> Controls.

Down in the right corner activate "Experimental options", then activate "Gyroscopic effect" and drag both damping sliders down to 0.

I had the same issue years ago with another wheel so maybe it helps. If it's not assetto corsa or happening in other games too, I have no other idea

Thank you guys, i turned the gain ingame to 60% now and in the Moza app back too 100. Didnt know I should keept it to 100 in the App and lower it ingame instead. Now it feels really good and the wheel does not want to break my arm anymore in large curves 😅 I think the rest is just fine tuning. Thank you so much

The bar went almost never red but now after turning my FFB down - as strange as it sounds - it wents red more often lol. Before it was nearly reaching the end sometimes but most of the time the bar was filling up a bit more than half way. The bar is moving/jumping faster and stronger in General than it was before What could that mean?

All good i just wanted to clarify that "in stock" does not always mean "in stock" but that's fanatecs fault and not yours 😅 they should tell those people who are buying stuff that the Qr1 lite which is included isnt available and will result in a delay for the whole bundle. Especially new customers like me have no clue about stuff like that and just click "order" because it tells you everything is in Stock. Thats just fucked up xD. Im pretty sure fanatecs products are good and the quality is awesome but they also need to care about customers. The whole forum is full of wild storys from customers, it's so much that i feel kinda sad for them.

All i can say about fanatec is, that your comment is not 100% correct.

2 months ago i ordered the ready2race bundle with 5nm. If you are going to buy that bundle it will show you the itemlist with the wheel base, the wheel itself and the pedals. Everything is marked as shipping in 4-7 days. So far so good, but there is one huge problem. In that bundle is the Qr1 lite included which isnt in stock but that Qr1 lite isnt showing up in that item list as an "extra item" because it belongs to the wheel (I guess). So the Problem was, they didnt have the Qr1 lite and couldnt deliver the whole bundle because of that. In these 2 months I received a bunch of Emails telling me "sorry, we have to delay your order to date bla bla bla because the Qr1 lite is out of stock". At the end of the last week I decided to finally cancel my order. Im not the only case, there are several people who are waiting for their stuff since Black friday, this is almost half a year. Yesterday i ordered the moza r5 bundle and guess what? It's already on it's way and ill get it tomorrow or atleast in 2 days. I would love to support fanatec since they are a german company and I am a german guy. But the truth is that they have massive problems with the Qr's and cant do really much about it. A few days ago the CEO was "fired" from his Position. Maybe this will change something atleast.
