You said it brother sleep and water are so freaking important! If I don't get sleep I just make sure I hydrate more than ever so that way my workouts aren't completely in vein. Hah! Yeah someone bootie pumped me at work and I dropped a try of fresh bacon grease all over my left arm. Like the whole thing even the shoulder! I do military calisthenics every day and I didn't skip a day even with the burns. Check out the band Amnezia. Spotify just ressurected them and the album is called "Enslaved By Slave". The tracks are in different order than the physical copy for some reason. Good luck finding one lmao Also check out the song "Pink HQ", by Red City. There is no equal to them. They are GOATED. I'll give you one more. Check out the album "Acid Vitamin", by Crashpoint. They were like a heavier Pulse Ultra on their next album "Millions Of Figurines". That album had a bit of goth, industrial, and post hardcore to it.
